This is an illustrative template based on my Markdown workflow, not an export of private project files.

## Task
Update a booking cancellation explanation to match the current policy.
## Source context
Read the current policy and relevant booking/refund states. Ignore obsolete summaries.
## Boundaries
Do not change payment logic or publish a deployment as part of a wording change.
## Acceptance criteria
Explain eligibility and deadline clearly. Identify uncertainty. Keep implementation and documentation consistent.
## Review
The project owner reviews the diff and verifies the wording against the policy. Technical changes require appropriate checks; an assistant's assertion is not test evidence.
